Hi! I'm Faisal Alshawa, the founder of Believe Nutrition.

After completing my graduate studies, I worked at the Aspetar Sports Medicine Hospital and Aspire Academy as a designated sports nutritionist for the U23 Qatar National Olympic Football team, the U19 Qatar National Football Team, and athletes in track and field, squash, and table tennis.

I created Believe Nutrition in 2017 and soon discovered that everything I had created for world-class athletes was also incredibly effective with busy professionals as well. That's when my focus shifted from working primarily with professional athletes to changing the lives of successful, educated, but overwhelmed people throughout the GCC.

Since then I’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve and maintain their health goals and transform their lives.

As soon as you choose your plan, you will set up a time to meet your new coach via video chat from wherever you are. This call take place right on the Nourish app.

On that introduction call, your coach will learn all about your unique goals and concerns and get you started with a framework for how to begin your transformation.

Your Nourish coach will also explain to you exactly how to most effectively use the Nourish app.  You will be logging daily your intake of food, water and other beverages along with information about your hunger levels, emotions, physical activities, and even sleep habits.

At least once a day your coach will review all of your entries and then provide feedback and also suggestions for continued improvement and future success.

You will also be able to message your coach at any time with questions or concerns about the new lifestyle you’re building.

Your coach is with you every step of the way not only helping you make good decisions but also educating you so that you can learn to make them for yourself.

Q: How long does it take to see effects from the program?
A. Every person is different. Some may see results quicker than others depending on their mindset, exercise, and general lifestyle. We recommend the 3-month Challenge package to give you enough time to get started and see results.
Q: I’m not athletic. Do you need some background in fitness to keep up with the program?
A. No. However, we do recommend exercise as an important element of your plan. Remember, it is a combination of exercise and nutrition that will get you the best results.
Q: What is the best way to prepare for my consult?
A. You do not need to prepare for the video call. If you have any body composition measurements, blood tests, or any other information that you feel is worth sharing with your coach to make it a more personalized experience, please do so.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A. Payments for the Nourish packages are completed online through a safe and secure payment gateway. First time payments for the 3 and 6 month packages will be billed upfront, and then on a monthly basis if a new package is not selected. All payments are non-refundable.
Q: Is success guaranteed? What if it doesn’t work for me?
A. Success is not guaranteed. Everyone has a different body and genetic make up. Also, we all lead different lifestyles and have different mentalities. Your level of success will depend on how motivated, committed, and consistent you are.
Q: Can I pick a Nourish coach to work with?
A. We will pick a Nourish coach for you to work with depending on your needs and goals. Don’t worry, we’ll make sure you get the right coach for you in order to get the most tailored experience possible.
Q: Are the meetings video meetings or in-person meetings?
A. The world is moving towards remote working and we are too! Your first discovery call with your coach will be online via our Nourish mobile application. You can also suggest to your coach to use another video platform if you’d like.
Q: Is everything confidential?
A. Yes. Everything is confidential. We respect all of your nutritional and medical concerns and everything remains 100% private.
