We don’t believe in diets, and we don’t believe you should follow one either. Our programs are meant for you to eat your favorite foods without the need to restrict or limit yourself. Other than the Busy Lifestyle program, you won’t be receiving traditional ‘meal/diet plans’. Instead, you will have the freedom and flexibility to eat whatever you want. However, through sharing photos of the foods you eat on the app, we will guide and coach you on how to make the right food choices and decisions so that you can make healthy eating a lifestyle and see long-term changes to your health.
The app is a no-dieting coaching app. It’s about qualitative, rather than quantitative tracking. Rather than tracking how many calories you’re eating, or how many grams of specific macronutrients and foods you’re consuming (so time consuming!), you’re sharing photos of your meals instead. This is a powerful tool which will help you make better food choices and decisions! You’ll also be tracking your sleep, exercise and water intake. Depending on the package you chose, you will then receive personalized feedback and advice on a daily or weekly basis from your coach.
Absolutely. Our programs are all online and your designated coach will be working with you remotely. Your remote coach is actively involved in your life, wherever you are in the world.
Our coaches are highly qualified dietitians, nutritionists or health coaches who have attained a formal degree in dietetics, nutrition or any related field and/or obtained certifications from a globally accredited health institute. Your dedicated coach is a human. Not a robot.
Absolutely. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, create better eating habits, live a healthy lifestyle, or improve your relationship with food (or any other goal really), we tailor our programs based on your health objectives and needs. And yes, if your goal is weight loss, we can certainly help you lose weight without having you to go on a diet or follow a meal plan.

After signing up, your coach will contact you to schedule a free onboarding call to get to meet you and better understand your needs, goals, and lifestyle. After that, you start the program right away.
